4- STEP FOUR, WE MUST EAT LİGHT, NOT HEAVY.
5-STEP FİVE, İF WE HAVE A TİME,WE CAN MAKE EXERCİSE ONE AN HOUR OR HALF AN OUR.WE CAN MAKE EXERCİSE SİX DAYS İN A WEEK.
6-STEP SİX, EVERYDAY TAKE A SHOWER
7- STEP SEVEN, EVERYDAY ,READ BOOKS AT LEAST 1 AN HOUR.
8-STEP EİGHT, READ A BOOK THİS POOR BABY BECAUSE İT CAN NOT READ.
