We can create ice mountains with hot water from poles. When we poured hot water to the artic ocean , Ocean will become ice , so that Ocean will cover with ice plates , and harmful gases will not spread to the air. Like a magic stick just we will pored hot water to the artic ocean.............. and our ice plates will formed.
When hot water meets with cold water, it causes adverse effects and causes water to freeze.
Than we can cover this ice plates with snow via portable snow making machines.....................
