Mesela çimler üzerinde resim yaparken çimleri kesmemize gerek yoktur.  Sadece çimlerimizin rengini değiştirerek resim yapmamız mümkündür. Yada 3 boyutlu resimler yapmak istiyorsak da hem çimlerimizin renk pigmentasyonlarını değiştirelim hemde  çimlerimizin bazı kısımlarını uzun bazı kısımlarını kısa bırakalım bilgisayar kodları yardımı ile böylece saniyeler içerisinde resim yapmış oluruz. Yani resim yapmak için çimleri kesmemize gerek yoktur.

Nokta çizim tekniği ile koca bir ormanı saniyeler içeirsinde tuval haline getirebiliriz.
